Clear View Surveyors were excellent from start to finish. The quote was very reasonable and included additional information that most other companies did not provide. We opted for a Level 2 Survey on a 12-year-old property. Clear View arranged the time and date with the estate agent and kept me informed throughout. The report was delivered within the five-working-day period as advertised. It was clear, concise, and easy to follow, with a good amount of images. My questions were responded to almost immediately, with a follow-up phone call from Adam, the surveyor. All in all, it was a seamless process and excellent value for money, especially with such a significant investment as a home. Adam is excellent. He surveyed a property previously for us which highlighted problems that we just weren’t prepared to overlook or finance. We pulled out of that purchase. When we found another property he was the second person that I called after my solicitor as I trust his judgement so highly. He is helpful, accurate and patient in explanation. Not just the survey itself but an immediate verbal upsum followed by an hour plus detailed walkthrough over the phone.
