Adam was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, professional, attentive, respectful, thoughtful and super helpful. We had a very tricky situation to deal with, after buying a new build, and Adam saved the day whilst finding multiple other issues before it was too late. Adam is excellent. He surveyed a property previously for us which highlighted problems that we just weren’t prepared to overlook or finance. We pulled out of that purchase. When we found another property he was the second person that I called after my solicitor as I trust his judgement so highly. He is helpful, accurate and patient in explanation. Not just the survey itself but an immediate verbal upsum followed by an hour plus detailed walkthrough over the phone.
